RETURNS TO ARENA JERSEYS
Here at Arena Jerseys we pride ourselves on outstanding customer service. We want you to feel safe when you have ordered from us; hence, you can return a product to us no matter where in the world you live provided that it is within 30 days of the order date. The only stipulation is that the product must have all of the manufacturers tags and labels attached and be returned in the manufacturers original packaging. Following these instructions means that we can of course exchange your goods or give you a full refund for the item(s) purchased. Failure to comply with this policy will result in 10% being deducted from any refund that is processed following a return.
If you have a product exchanged then you will have to pay for the return postage. The only exception to this is if there was a mistake with the order on our part when first sent.

ARE THERE ANY EXCEPTIONS TO THE ABOVE?
Personalised shirts cannot be returned.
The term ‘personalised shirts’ refers to both shirts that have been printed with a pre-selected players name, number or patches and shirts that have been printed with a custom name/number that has been typed into the printing field.
Shirts that are printed with a custom name, number or patches may not be returned under any circumstances.
Shirts that are printed with a pre-selected players name/number will be accepted as a return at the discretion of the management. In this instance please contact customer services on support@arenajerseys.com for further information before proceeding with a return.
If a personalised shirt is accepted as a return then the following policies are adhered to:
- If an exchange for another shirt is required then a re-printing charge may be incurred alongside the return shipping cost for the new shirt.
- If a refund is required then the cost of shirt will be refunded minus the initial printing costs.
How do I return a product.
Please make sure in the case of clothing that all the tags are intact and the correct manufacturers packaging is with the product, also please enclose a small note letting us know if you require a refund or an exchange and send the product to:

If there is a fault with your product it must be returned to us within 5 working days with all of the inner and outer packaging and the tags, if you are from outside of the UK please make sure any faulty products are returned with 10 working days.
Customers from outside of the EEC must write on the green export sticker supplied by their Post Office “UK Return” when sending an order back, if this is not written on the export sticker the customs will impose a tax charge on the parcel, the parcel will then be refused and sent back to the sender.
