For Madrid’s 26/27 jersey collection, adidas have turned to the club crest – specifically, the crown resting on top of the club’s logo. It’s fitting, for a club that are quite literally the kings of the sport. The home jersey could draw no other inspiration then, but from the crisp, white pearls adorning the crown in the crest. The kit presents in sparkling white fashion as it almost always does, with pink shoulder stripes, reflecting the pink cushioning in the crown. This club is footballing royalty and now, they’re wearing a crown both literally and symbolically.
